The operating temperature within the display case is of +14°C/+18°C, with a relative humidity of 50%.

P81 professional chocolate praline display: ventilated with an operating temperature of +14°c/+18°C and a relative humidity of 50%. Enhances the presentation of the products thanks to its three display shelves and to its two overhead lights. The frontal glass is tempered, controlled by gas pistons and opens upwards.
The P81 is available in the linear versions of 1100/1600/2100 mm in height.

P82 professional chocolate praline display: ventilated with an operating temperature of +14°c/+18°C and a relative humidity of 50%. Enhances the presentation of the products thanks to its three display shelves. LED lighting and refrigerated shelves (Optional). Frontal glass, controlled by gas pistons, which opens upwards. The P82 is available in the linear versions of 1100/1600/2100 mm in height.
Matrix chocolate praline display: elegantly designed for the optimal presentation of chocolate “jewels”. Constant refrigeration throughout the entire display case. Reflected lighting which will not heat the product (patented). Available in the 1000 mm tall and 30° open angle versions.

PQuadro chocolate praline display: available in the double-height glass structure  versions, VBD 1151 and VAD 1351 mm, with tempered frontal glass. Ceiling in stratified, tempered glass, which can be opened by means of a rolling-movement (operator side) in the short version. The refrigeration system is ventilated with an operating temperature of +14°c/+18°C and a relative humidity of 50%. LED lighting, available in the linear versions of 1100, 1600, 2100 mm in height.
